According to the 2019 National Association of Realtors’ Aspiring Home Buyers Report, the vast majority of non-homeowners in 2018 expressed a desire to own a home in the future with the percentage growing consistently throughout the year (73% in Q1, 81% in Q2, 82% in Q3, and 84% in Q4).
